Initial Booking

After checking availability on the website, reserving your date will require a 20% deposit to hold your date. The remaining 80% will be due by the date of your session.

Booked dates will be confirmed by both the client and photographer before a booking invoice is emailed to the client.

Booking Invoices must be paid within 24 hours.

10 Days Before

10 days before your shoot, I will send you an email asking for any inspiration you might want to share with me. This would include Pinterest boards, or any adjectives you might use to describe your vision.

The Day Before

The day before your shoot I will make sure we have been in contact to confirm your appointment(s), location, time, and styling.

If any changes in scheduling or set up need to be made in the event of bad weather we will go ahead and make arrangements.

The Day Of

If you are coming to me or if we are meeting on location there is no need to arrive more than 10 minutes early, especially when shooting outside!

However, special circumstances sometimes require a longer set up time, I will let you know if additional set up time is required.

Within 6 weeks

I will deliver all final media within 75 days via online galleries, with all media downloadable in full resolution with no watermarks. If albums are included, you'll also receive a link to select up to 50 of your favorites.

You will receive information on ordering your prints.
